I have put linux-coda-4.6.2.tgz on 

ftp://ftp.coda.cs.cmu.edu/pub/coda/linux/src

It fixes several problems with aliases in rename and link.  I'm pretty
sure there are some more bugs lurking out there, but this is definitely
better than before.
