  Were there any recent RVM changes, say in the last month or so?
I'm getting an rdsinit error: 

bash-2.03# /usr/local/sbin/rdsinit -f /dev/rwd1e /dev/wd1f 521256960 0x50000000 0x1e000000 0x100000 80 32
rvm_initialize succeeded.
Going to initialize data file to zero, could take awhile.
done.
?  ERROR: rds_zap_heap RVM_EINTERNAL.


I know this worked once before because I got the server going.
