Yes, although I'm a little slow at getting to it.  I will be testing
out the recent patches sent to this list and getting them committed.

As for why the mmap64 failed, I don't have a a good clue  from what
you e-mailed.  Error #22 is EINVAL -- an invalid parameter.  And your
snip form the kernel module log may have a clue .... but again,
I need more information.  Is the file trying to be mmapped a Coda
file?  The name doesn't look that way, but it is a coda kernel
module log (coda_map).
