I have linux 2.1.29, gcc 2.7.2.2


I couldn't install the server after an apparently error
free make. THe progs pwd2pdb, pcfgen and rvmutl were 
missing. These must have been bypassed by make 
as on trying to make them in their own directories
I get.


cannot link
pwd2pdb  - undefined CaseFoldedCmp
pcfgen	 - same + many others (inc AL_DebugLevel)


rvmutl compiles fine
