Please be aware that there have been some changes to arla lwp. None
of what I'm know about that changes the semantic of process.S.
We have PPC support.

The changes that are done are mostly locking and changes to select.
Arla lwp will use fd_set's instead of int's.

The test program that comes with coda didn't work with arla lwp last
time I tested.
