Hi! I just set up a server (FreeBSD 3.1) and two clients (FreeBSD 2.2.8) that I was hoping to be able to use for large (>2GB files). However, my first problem is that when I try to work with files over the client cache size (20MB), the client spits out every 30 sec: 15:12:38 Cache Overflow: (831, -12769) 15:13:08 Cache Overflow: (831, -12769) 15:13:38 Cache Overflow: (831, -12769) The volume has plenty of space as evidenced by 'cfs lv test1.tar': Status of volume 0x7f000000 (2130706432) named "dhon100" Volume type is ReadWrite Minimum quota is 0, maximum quota is unlimited Current blocks used are 32770 The partition has 6939334 blocks available out of 7632651 The other client can't even read the file anymore. All 3 are using the precompiled packages from ftp.coda.cs.cmu.edu. Can someone tell me what went wrong? Thx! -Rob H.Received on 1999-08-11 15:38:52
