Venus talks to the server here to get information about /coda.

Venus now forks a child to mount /coda.

The child has killed it's parent (such a cruel world), because the mount
syscall returned a failure.

Did you `umount /coda'? For some reason Venus cannot do that by itself,
and it cannot reattach to an existing mount.
