For some strange reason this is wrong. It should be:

coda:root 7F000000 1 10000001 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 E0000100

I don't know why the 10000001 entry is missing.

After editing this file, run 'volutil makevrdb /vice/vol/VRList'. And
things should start to work.
