No problems, it is just that our userspace thread package won't really
make use of any extra CPU's.

This isn't that bad, because on a client machine the application
requesting files and the cachemanager will each run on their own CPU,
and it is possible to some extent to run multiple coda-servers on the
same machine. (well... using tricks like ip-aliasing etc.)
