When I try to compile in a coda directory /coda/usr_local_L2.2/stow/pgplot-5.2.0/pgplot I get the error message ar: libpgplot.a: No space left on device In fact, I cannot even remove libpgplot.a $ rm libpgplot.a rm: cannot unlink `libpgplot.a': No space left on device But all directories have space available $ df Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on /dev/sda5 2532482 1747023 654531 73% / /dev/sda1 62187 7619 51357 13% /boot /dev/sda2 1523224 616445 828061 43% /Debian /dev/sda6 1018298 181021 784666 19% /Archive /dev/sda7 1523192 185273 1259203 13% /usr/coda /dev/sda8 917294 810877 59027 93% /cluster11 Also, the volume seem to be OK, as shown below $ cfs lv .
