I am setting up a coda client for the first time under Red Hat 6.2 (yes, I am a newbie), using the 2.2.14 kernel included in this distribution, and I am having problems. When I start Venus, I get this message: 11:20:20 Kernel version ioctl failed (Inappropriate ioctl for device)! The syslog gives me this message: Apr 19 11:20:18 codaclient kernel: coda_psdev_write: downcall, no SB! I am using the 5.3.6 version of the client (RPM binary distribution). Do I have to build a new kernel? -- Charles J. Fisher Systems Analyst/Internet Database Programmer Lee Enterprises (319) 328-4320Received on 2000-04-19 13:53:52
