I have Coda installed as a client on a FreeBSD 4.2 system: FreeBSD Socrates.i-pi.com 4.2-BETA FreeBSD 4.2-BETA #0: Sat Nov 18 21:11:03 MST 2000 root_at_Socrates.i-pi.com:/usr/src/sys/compile/SOCRATES i386 The server is another FreeBSD 4.2 system. When I stress the system, for example by doing a hoard walk, or a find something like: find . -exec grep foo {} /dev/null \; the client will become hung. Trying to do anything else will normally result in the machine dying with the message: panic: vrele: negative ref count Comments on how to solve this? KennethReceived on 2000-11-22 00:23:37
