Hi Florin,

portmapper.h is generated by the rp2gen stub compiler from
coda-src/portmap/portmapper.rpc2.

The rp2gen program built by the rpc2 stuff and should get installed in
/usr/bin when building from source or can be found in the rpc2-dev rpm.
