This is a somewhat belated announcement, as the source was already on
the ftp site for the past week. However, I only just moved the prebuilt
rpms into place, so here it is...

Coda 5.3.13

The fixes are pretty simple and only affect servers and building, so
clients don't really need to be upgraded.

Changes as of 5.3.12,

- Correctly sorting the ACL entries when new volumes are created, so
that newly created volume (on new servers) can actually be mounted by
  clients.
- Servers no longer remember the last 1000 rpc2 packets sent or
received. It was a nice debugging feature, but hardly used.
- volutil info now accepts the replicated volume name or id as well as
the replica name or id (i.e. it was only possible to do 'volutil info
vm:u.jaharkes.0', but now 'volutil info vm:u.jaharkes' works as well.
- Avoid unnecessary stat(2) calls when generating volume dump estimates.
- Fixed memory leak in the voldump estimate code.

- Include our own headers before system headers, to avoid include
conflicts when someone has the development headers for either OpenAFS
or Arla installed on their system (forgot which).
- Fixed <sys/time.h> vs. <time.h> confusion which occurs with newer
  glibc's.
