hmm, the vice-setup-rvm script is failing where it should be running it.
Try running rvmutl, then type into it:

i /tmp/logfile 2M
q

If this works, then do :
rdsinit -f /tmp/logfile /tmp/datafile 46137344 0x2400000 0x100000 80 32

Then run vice-setup-srvdir
