No clear indications seem to be present in > the documentation. The updateclnt should be running the equivalent of volutil updatedb whenever it has pulled in any updated files. Maybe restarting /etc/init.d/update.init will help. If you then touch a file in /vice/db on the SCM the non-SCM server should show 'New data bases arrived' in it's logs.
