Yeah, consider it a bad release server-wise, which is one of the reasons
I hadn't announed it yet. The 'fix' for now is to do the following
substitution on vice-setup and vice-setup-rvm

    s/codaconfedit $conf/codaconfedit server.conf/

And on createvol-rep,

    s/. codaconfedit server.conf/. `codaconfedit server.conf`/
