I've got 5.3.19 built, but as Jan told me it uses a _lot_ of RAM; it's causing a big performance hit. In the not-so-distant future I'll rearrange things to make more space for the server, but I thought I'd try to build from CVS as Jan says that particular change was reverted. I'm getting problems in the scandir replacement (the select argument needs a const qualifier), and now I'm stuck at dict.cc with: c++ -fno-exceptions -fno-operator-names -MD -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I/home/steve/Projects/Coda/coda/include -I/home/steve/Projects/Coda/coda -g -O2 -c -o dict.o dict.cc In file included from dlist.h:42, from dict.h:76, from dict.cc:37: /usr/include/stdio.h:295: parse error before `throw' make[3]: *** [dict.o] Error 1 make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/steve/Projects/Coda/coda/coda-src/util' make[2]: *** [util] Error 2 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/steve/Projects/Coda/coda/coda-src' make[1]: *** [coda-src] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/steve/Projects/Coda/coda' make: *** [build-stamp] Error 2 Any suggestions?
