Hi there,

I just installed Coda from scratch on Redhat 7.3, but can't get updatesrv
to start. When I invoke "/usr/sbin/updatesrv" there is no output, but also
no running process around and non-scms can't connect. There is no error
message, no log file entry.

When I invoke "/usr/sbin/updatesrv -p /vice/db -d 4" then the following
output is generated:

[root_at_platon root]# /usr/sbin/updatesrv -p /vice/db -d 4

But still no process around. All other processes are fine:

I couldn't find any help in the docs (besides: "make sure updatesrv is running"). Any ideas?
