Hi, I'm setting up a webserver farm with 3 machines. 2 will be frontends with apache and one will be the storage server. I was thinking about using NFS to do that, but maybe CODA will be a better solution? I read about it and though that the client side cache will do great in this case. The only problem I can see is that if for some reason the server stops responding the client will disconect from the server. But that's better than NFS that would crash the whole system. With this the "cached" content in the client side will still be served. Any other feature that will helpme with this environment? Any caveats? In the mailling list archive I found some little benchmarks, between nfs and coda. But only bonnie and untar linux. There's any benchmark that went more deeply ? Thanks.
