Hoarding works on the one client cache.

To prevent users from killing each other's hoard lists
only the user logged into tty1 is allowed to hoard.

Override this with venus.conf, 
option primary user (or as root, not recommended).

Beware that (at least our SuSE) sometimes 
forgets users logged in locally if you 
log in over the network. The command "w" is your friend.
