There was (an attempt of?) a version of the kernel module for 64-bit Solaris, but it was for a long time ago and nobody has managed to make it to work since then. It was at the time when the commercial Sun compilers were the only available tools for 64-bit development. Nowadays, when we have 64-bit capable gcc, porting the module to 64 bits should not be a big deal for a person familiar with Solaris kernel interfaces. I'd have use for such a module, me too.
