If you have a singly replicated server, that bug was identified several months ago. http://www.coda.cs.cmu.edu/maillists/codalist/codalist-2003/4837.html But the 'quickfix' in that email actually doesn't work right. The real fix was committed to CVS not long after, and was released with Coda-6.0.0, which actually miscompiled with several compilers, such as the default gcc compiler on FreeBSD 4.8. The compiler issue was fixed in Coda-6.0.1, so you could use that to build a server with the fixes that make reintegration to singly replicated volumes more reliable. If you want to use a Coda-6.0 client, some futher issues were found after 6.0.1 was released, so for a FreeBSD 4.8 client you would probably want to build from CVS. > P.S.
