I use /etc/hosts for the 3 machines I have at home, but that shouldn't
make a difference.

I wonder what 6.0.1 is doing wrong. Could you strace a failing clog run?
The 6.0.1 Coda clients should be having problems as well, they use
identical code to resolve the servers within a realm.

For the most part, realms and then some small bugfixes left and right.
But what is probably more important, as long as the problem isn't
identified and resolved, it won't get fixed in any upcoming releases.
