It's look like Venus is in disconnected state on the SCM and in connected state on the slave... Does cfs lv returned the same thing on both clients ???? I think you got to work aroud venus... Normaly venus flush every 5-10 s ( what i've observed ) Perhaps you could try cfs force-reintegrate or reconnect on the SCM.
