Hi I just installed a coda server and two clients (one client beeing the server itself). While performing some basic tests I encountered the following problem. I disconnect one client and then modify a file on both clients to provoke a conflict. After reconnecting the disconnected client the conflicting file is correctly changed into a dangling symlink. The beginrepair command of the repair application changes the symlink into a directory containing a local and a global file as expected. But the listlocal command then says that there are no mutations even though the cml file mentioned by repair correctly lists them. Therefore I'm unable to resolve the conflict. The logs don't show any errors. Both clients show the same behaviour. The problem persists after completely reinstalling coda on the server and the clients. Here's my setup: Fedora Core 1 Kernel Module 6.0.0 from here: <http://www.coda.cs.cmu.edu/pub/coda/linux/kernel/linux-coda-6.0.0.tgz> Coda 6.0.3, lwp 1.10, rpc2-1.20 and rvm 1.8 from SRPMS The server runs vanilla kernel 2.4.22 while the client runs Fedora kernel 2.4.22. Any help is appreciated. Kind Regards DanielReceived on 2004-02-21 16:42:32
