The Fine Manual at the Coda website has a synopsis of the correct
syntax, in chapter 9. (It seems on occasion that the Fine Manual could
use a little updating; still, I think this part is current.)
In my case, my server (inside a firewall on a home network) is known by
a simple name entered in /etc/hosts on each of the machines; it's not a
fully-qualified name. I have a few config tweaks to perform on my
installation before trying again; if anything starts working I'll post back.
