Connected volume with repair conflicts?

What exactly does this mean?

hozer_at_narn cur$ cfs lv .
  Status of volume 0x7f000005 (2130706437) named "u.hozer.mail"
  Volume type is ReadWrite
  Connection State is Connected
Minimum quota is 0, maximum quota is 1000000
  Current blocks used are 194309
The partition has 18741952 blocks available out of 19134372
  Write-back is disabled
*** There are pending conflicts in this volume ***

And I have a file in the formerly conflicted directory that says:

hozer_at_narn cur$ ls -l cur/1055779073.17995_1.kalmia.hozed.org\:2\,S
ls: cur/1055779073.17995_1.kalmia.hozed.org:2,S: Permission denied

(lstat fails)

I recall seeing a log message in the srvLog or the venus log about a
connected volume but still haveing pending conflicts, but I
don't remember which log is was and can't find it now. (SrvLogs are
verbose ;)

Also, whenever I run 'repair' it seems to think I don't have tokens, but
I do. Any ideas?

Somone asked my why I work on this free (http://www.fsf.org/philosophy/)
software stuff and not get a real job. Charles Shultz had the best answer:

"Why do musicians compose symphonies and poets write poems? They do it
because life wouldn't have any meaning for them if they didn't. That's why
I draw cartoons. It's my life." -- Charles Shultz
