repair doesn't work

whenever i try to use repair, it says:

WARNING: YOU DON'T HAVE TOKENS.  YOU MIGHT WANT TO AUTHENTICATE FIRST

even if i do have tokens. this makes it so i'm unable to use repair.

what should i do?
