here is the process i usually go through: look in /usr/coda/etc/console for name of conflict repair beginrepair (it will ask for the filename) listlocal (usually i just discardalllocal. nothing else ever seems to work. feel free to play with the other choices.) endrepair i find that that process works about one time in 10. usually i just reinit venus, and go into /usr/coda/spool/ and find the tar file of the pending reintegrations, and untar them in the appropriate directory. this may not be suitable for your application. for me, coda is used exclusively to hold image files uploaded from web browsers, so there are no text editors or anything like that. (in fact, there really is no reason for our files to end up as conflicts, since all our filenames are unique id numbers chosen by the database, and only ever get written once when the user uploads them for the first time. it boggles the mind.)
