I'm not entirely sure what is going on, but I believe it has to do with
the fact that your server has 2 different ip-addresses. The client
probably connects to address A, and then receives the callback from
address B.

You could check this with tcpdump, in any case the solution might be to
bind the server to one specific address only by using the ip_address
option in /etc/coda/server.conf.
