Hi,

I am trying to install coda 6.0.14 on this amd64 running slamd64 10.2
(an unoficial port of slackware 10.2 to amd64). When i run
./configure, it finishes with the lines

checking for rl_completion_matches in -lreadline... yes
Checking for libfltk.a... yes
Checking for libX11.a... No, aborting.

and that's it.

I've set LDFLAGS to -L/usr/X11/lib64/, where a file called libX11.a
can actually be found, but this doesn't work.

Any of the following would be a good way out, IMO:

  * Make it build with the dynamic lib that is in /usr/lib/

  * Convince it to build without GUI.

Any ideas?

Regards, and thanks,

        Mario.
