Then "cfs lv" is your friend. The symptoms were a bit weird, I could see the .directories is I did an "ls -ls" but if I did "ls -l /coda/....../.thunderbird" then that particular directory would disapear. I did re-start the client (venus) a bunch of times, but that did not fix the problem (usually does with every other problem), so I assume it was an issue with coda itself.
