At last ....... I just uploaded: coda-4.2.2.tgz into ftp://ftp.coda.cs.cmu.edu/pub/coda/src To build: configure --enable-platform=i386_linux2 make coda (yeah yeah, we'll get rid of the --enable flag, I know...) The server is _much_ better than 4.1.3 (but still not here). Venus isn't that different. Also there are kernel modules: coda-fs-module-k2.0.30i1.0-1.3.i386.rpm coda-fs-module-k2.0.30i1.0-1.3.src.rpm This kernel code is pretty reliable under 2.0. Yet a few small updates can still be expected. 4.2.2 works with the Linux 2.1 kernel, but quite a bit of improvement can be expected here. I doesn't compile under glibc and I would LOVE patches from someone! (Then we can run with RedHat 5.0.) - Peter -Received on 1997-12-10 19:06:58
