Sory for disturbing last questions....
I put venus log into debug level 100....
and something appear magicly every 5 or 10 seconds :

srvent:GetBandWidth: --> new BW 516528 bytes/sec
srvent:GetBandWidth: --> new BW 488042 bytes/sec
srvent:GetBandWidth: --> new BW 423370 bytes/sec
srvent:GetBandWidth: --> new BW 229670 bytes/sec

( won't copy all the lines....)

cfs bandwith / strong command doesn't seem to have impact on the log....
And it seems that client automaticaly adapt the bandwidth according to 
the data he has to transfer / list....

I am wrong ?
