If you call ctokens without any arguments it tries to figure out which realms your Coda client knows about by looking at the contents of the /coda directory. So if the Coda client hasn't been able to successfully mount the realm it won't show the token. You could explicitly specify the realm by using 'ctokens @camboinha.servers'.
