found the anwser into the README.BSD file provided by Greg Troxel, many
thanks!

for NetBSD-2.0 run the following command:

/dev# ./MAKEDEV cfs0

or do run this one:
/dev# mknod /dev/cfs0 c 60 0

/dev# ls -lA /dev/cfs*
crw-------  1 root  wheel   0, 60 Apr 14 18:26 /dev/cfs
crw-------  1 root  wheel  60,  0 Apr 14 20:02 /dev/cfs0

Print out :
