Oh, right.  The usual Debian "All $CONFFILES yours now ours am."

The first message is quite clear about that.  But the fact that some
messages say "we can only change cacheblocks when initializing" and
other messages say "cacheblocks changed from 100000 to 10000" is
disconcerting, to say the least.
