Hello, I am trying to build a coda test system using fedora core 9. I am using the following supporting code in my coda 6.9.3/6.9.4 rc compiles Lwp ver lwp-2.4 Rpc2 ver 2.7 Rvm ver 1.15 During the make I get the following error then mv -f ".deps/getpeereid.Tpo" ".deps/getpeereid.Plo"; else rm -f ".deps/getpeereid.Tpo"; exit 1; fi gcc -Wall -fno-exceptions -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../.. -I/usr/local/coda/lwp/include -I/usr/local/coda/rvm/include -I/usr/local/ coda/rpc2/include -g -O2 -MT getpeereid.lo -MD -MP -MF .deps/getpeereid.Tpo -c getpeereid.c -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/getpeereid.o getpeereid.c: In function 'getpeereid': getpeereid.c:48: error: storage size of 'cred' isn't known getpeereid.c:49: error: invalid application of 'sizeof' to incomplete type 'struct ucred' getpeereid.c:48: warning: unused variable 'cred' make[3]: *** [getpeereid.lo] Error 1 make[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/coda-6.9.3/lib-src/base' make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/coda-6.9.3/lib-src' make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/coda-6.9.3' I check in coda-6.9.2 to see how cred is defined. The file getpeerid.c does not exsit in the 6.9.2 version. What can I do to get the 6.9.3 or 6.9.4rc compile to work. Thank you Shane No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG.
