Replaced the RedHat 9.0 packages with a version that seems to fix the
problematic install dependency on libcrypto.so.1. Rajesh contributed
RPMs that were built on a Mandrake-9.2 system.

There is also a pre-built coda.o module for the RH9 2.4.20-6 kernel at,
    ftp.coda.cs.cmu.edu:/pub/coda/linux/kernel/linux-2.4.20-6-coda.o

Copy this file to /lib/modules/2.4.20-6/kernel/fs/coda/coda.o and run
depmod -a.
